Founder and managing director of Moving Image Production is Kaie Klaassen. In addition, Kaie worked and still works as a moderator, advisor, project leader or interim manager for various film- and television organisations in the Netherlands and abroad.

She cooperated since the founding of Moving Image with Kaie Klaassen. She directed documentary films as Mama Calle, Velo Negro, Kaffee Powuzzie and their podcast project Music as a Weapon.
